Prefab Construction Products: DIRTT

CBI worked with the Architect using DIRTT ICE® Software to achieve the high-end design aesthetic that Design LAB was seeking. CBI was able to produce shop drawings for City submittal in a short time frame and work within the client’s budget utilizing ICE. DIRTT pre-fabricated architectural walls were manufactured and installed under the General Contractor’s compressed schedule. DIRTT products utilized:

• Frameless glass center pivot doors.
• Frameless glass walls.
• Office divider walls with factory-installed modular power, tackable tiles, and integrated furniture support system.
• Overhead storage and work surfaces were supported off DIRTT walls.
• Office fronts included frameless glass walls and full-height sliding barn doors with 30” bar pull hardware.
