CBI was excited to attend this year’s tradeshow NeoCon and Design Days 2026 in Chicago, where the commercial interiors industry came together for an inspiring week of product launches, innovative design, and forward-thinking ideas. Drawing more than 55,000 industry professionals, the events highlighted the latest trends shaping the future of workplace, healthcare, education, and hospitality environments.

This year’s exhibitions featured bold color palettes, human-centered ergonomics, sustainable materials, and immersive showroom experiences that reflected the continued evolution of commercial design. Across both The Mart and Fulton Market, manufacturers demonstrated how flexibility, wellness, and thoughtful design are influencing the next generation of workplace solutions.

Allsteel had an especially exciting presence throughout the week. The new Levra task chair made its debut and earned a prestigious 2026 Interior Design’s HiP Award, while the Flourish collection and Dimension wall system were recognized as HiP Award honorees. Attendees also received an early look at the upcoming Rhythmic benching system, a flexible solution inspired by movement and launching in Fall 2026.

For CBI, attending NeoCon and Design Days is an investment in our clients. Being immersed in our manufacturing partners’ latest products and showroom experiences allows our team to strengthen relationships, deepen product knowledge, identify emerging workplace trends, and provide informed recommendations and best practices to every project.

NeoCon and Design Days 2026 reinforced the industry’s continued focus on adaptability, employee well-being, and sustainable design. As the premier commercial interiors tradeshow, Chicago continues to provide an incredibly valuable opportunity to explore the future of the workplace. We are already planning for next year!
