Ventura Foods relocated its headquarters to South Orange County, CA with a vision to create an inspiring, hospitality-driven workplace that reflects its culture and brand. Following an extensive location search, the project team selected a new home designed to better support their people through enhanced amenities and a thoughtfully planned work environment.

The resulting headquarters is bright, modern, and infused with natural elements—intentionally crafted to encourage collaboration, spark innovation, and foster meaningful connection. The space supports teams in doing their best work while instilling a strong sense of pride and belonging throughout the workplace.

The project included 120 Workstations, 45 private offices, a Boardroom, Conference/Huddle Rooms, Mother’s Room, Breakroom Area, Lounge Areas, and multipurpose rooms.
