Serving 13,000 people, with 1,000+ coming through the doors of their 38,000 SF office each year, the organization needed an open, clean, and cohesive design that allowed for a more emotive space and private collaboration workplaces, and which highlighted their branding throughout.

Incorporating an array of furniture in the form of height-adjustable workstations and collaborative lounges and huddle rooms became the first step in transforming the office. Strategically placed tiered modular seating promotes a more laid-back setting in meeting rooms while simplistic tables offer work surfaces in more traditional spaces. In the employee cubicles, height-adjustable desks are available to encourage users to move throughout the day.

The result: the Easterseals Southern California office now has the space and aesthetic needed to complete tasks for their clients.
